We are getting some abnormally warm days here in South Jersey. So, I will be taking full advantage of it tomorrow when it hits 65 degrees F! The last of the clean up will be done and I may just enjoy some sunshine on my face.
This weekend, we got our birdfeeders up and ready. We have added some new ones and if you have a Wild Birds Unlimited anywhere in your area (just check here), I highly recommend them. They are doing some great Friday deals up through the holidays. Last Friday, we got this feeder and we got a free 3.5 pound bag of seed with it!
The feeder is made from recycled milk jugs and is extremely sturdy and with safflower seed, it will hopefully keep the squirrels at bay.
This feeder is loaded with thistle to see if we can attract some new finches.
Finally, we added this little guy. Who can resist an owl made of suet and seed?
So, what are you up to in your gardens this week? Do you have any new green tips to share?
