Baby Mantra Review

One of the great companies with which I spoke at Natural Products Expo East was Baby Mantra.

Started by sisters, Nupoor and Vinnie, Baby Mantra uses all natural and organic ingredients in their line of Made in the USA body products. At the Expo, I had the opportunity to visit with many companies, but Baby Mantra stood out. Nupoor and Vinnie were warm and inviting and you could really tell that they believe in making a quality product because it is important for them and their children to use and for others to purchase. I appreciate what they are doing and am impressed by their sustainability efforts. Icons for recycling, dye free, fragrance free, etc. on their products clearly delineate their intentions to be natural and mindful.

After speaking with the founders, I was asked to take home a bottle of their calming lotion to try out with Tomato. Tomato has had some dry spots on her sides and I’ve just been giving her some calming baths to take care of them. I started using the lotion and noticed that her patches were starting to be less dry. The lotion goes on smoothly and is not sticky or tacky to the touch. Tomato loves to get some on her forearms. She says that she “feels like Mommy” when she rubs it in. Quite frankly, it’s nice enough to sneak onto my own hands after using diaper wipes, so she is on to something. With gentle ingredients like sunflower oil, aloe juice and lavender oil, it’s no wonder that it feels great on your skin. I like the gentle scent too! It’s a product that we are definitely enjoying in our house. If you’d like to try it out at your house, be sure to swing by their website and check out their line of products. They have an easy to search store locator page and are also available in several online shops. Overall, it’s a great company with great values and I look forward to using their products in the future.

**Disclosure** I had the lovely opportunity to meet the ladies from Baby Mantra at Natural Expo East. They generously gave me a bottle of lotion to try at home. As always, all opinions are my own.

I’ll put the expo on my list of things to do next year.

Glad to hear that your daughter’s dry spots are much better!
