Nothing Tastes Better Than Fresh Berries From the Garden
After taking out the recycling tonight, Tomato and I wandered over to the blackberry patch to see if any of the berries were ripe and ready. Above is our first set from picking. Tomato is very excited for breakfast tomorrow! Recently, I did a guest post over on A Grande Life about my best suggestions for blackberries. Hop on over to check it out and explore the rest of Stephanie’s fabulous site!

Yum! Raspberries and blueberries are all over the place around me. Going picking Thursday! Can’t wait.
Enjoy, Kristina! We have only one organic PYO blueberry place around here and one for blackberries (not including the backyard ;)). Didn’t get to either this year, but they are on the bucket list.
I would love to have berries in my garden! A little jealous right now 🙂
So super easy, Brittney! We do very little with them and they manage themselves beautifully. Plus, the fact that they shoot off canes that you can bury and garner a new plant next year makes them even better.
Hi Beck – love the blackberries. I have some new raspberry bushes but they haven’t produced much this first year. And what they have produced, the raccoons have eaten.
Thanks for visiting my little blog project and becoming a new follower. I’m following you back too.
Thanks for the follow back! Sorry to hear that the raspberries got picked over.
