Fitness Guru or Couch Potato?

What is my fitness routine?

I am about to get back into action with exercise. I’ve been doing walks with the Tomato in the stroller each day and on occasion, I remember to do some crunches. But, I haven’t had a real routine since the Tomato was born almost two years ago. Our local pool opens for the season this week and they have an early morning Masters swimming time. I hit the local swim store today and got myself a new suit, a couple of pairs of goggles and some caps. I haven’t been in the water for several years, but I am itching to get back in. I swam competitively all through high school and a couple of years at college. It’s always a form of exercise that feels right to me and I am looking forward to returning to it. 
I am also going to check out the local hot yoga studio. I have some friends who go and swear by it, so I am curious to check it out. Anyone else do yoga? What type do you do and how do you like it?
