The Asparagus is Here!

I’ve been super busy in the garden in the last few weeks. Weeding, raking out the last of the leaves from beneath the hedges and brainstorming about what type of fence we need to install in order to help keep the Tomato safe when she plays outside. But, we have been enjoying our first garden to table meals this week as the asparagus has arrived! I am so excited that this perennial, which was first planted in 2011, has come back and is amazingly delicious!
